The @structuresbrewing gang joined us to brew this 8.3% West Coast Double IPA with wet, unkilned Comet from @newhousefarmsinc and wet Citra from @sauve_hops that we then dry-hopped with freshly kilned Comet and Amarillo. It’s a big beer and surprisingly easy to enjoy.
