Our American Stout is brewed with chocolate malt & roasted barley, then hopped generously with Simcoe & CTZ before being fermented with a clean West Coast yeast strain. American stouts are not sweet, friendly stouts. For those who ask us to make a Black IPA or CDA, this is as close as we get.
Catch & Release BA Double Brown Ale
The second CATCH & RELEASE series beer is a big Double Brown ale with triticale malt, aged in Dry Fly Triticale whiskey barrels for over a year, building a rich, toffee & fudge flavor supported by layers of mellow oak and mildly sweet finish.
